Dr. Faler enjoys spending time with his patients. He focuses his initial visit on listening to the patient in order to gain a full understanding of what they are experiencing. He then will do a comprehensive physical exam and order any appropriate lab work or imaging. With that information Dr. Faler will offer the patient an integrative plan for their condition. The plan may include recommended reading, nutritional changes, body work, medications, nutritional supplements or a referral to another provider.
Medical Practice Interests
Dr. Faler works with many patients with menopause, men with low testosterone, thyroid conditions, digestive problems, anxiety, patients with neck and back pain, and patients with fatigue and many other conditions. Dr. Faler offers weight loss assistance that is both effective and safe.
Dr. Faler practiced Integrative Family medicine for 6 years. Over the last two years he began focusing his attention on Anti-Aging and Regenerative medicine and Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. " I really enjoy working with patients with a commitment to their health and a strong interest in maintaining their quality of life".
Dr. Faler also has a strong interest in the benefits of stress management on health and practices and teaches stress management techniques to his patients.
Dr. Faler earned his Bachelors degree in Biology in 2000 and his Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine in 2005 from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicne. He has been working with BHRT - Bioidentical Hormone Replacment Therapy with both men and women in Spokane since 2006. Dr. Faler continues to strive for educational excellence and is a 2013 candidate for board certification with The American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners.
Dr. Faler was born and raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He received his BS in Biology from East Stroudsburg University in 2000 and went on to receive his doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 2005. He has been in practice in Spokane since 2006.
In his free time, Dr. Faler enjoys spending time with his wife, their 2 children, and their devoted dog. He also enjoys the outdoors, geology, and playing music.
